Here's the thing... we're busy people. Our schedules are full. Our minds are full. But we all need to learn. And rarely do we have the time (or money) to step away from our day-to-day responsibilities -- or pull our employees away from theirs. With ten years of experience in the eLearning world, we know how to fill minds with information, without that stressful "full" feeling. We create solutions that stick... all right from the comfort of your computer or mobile device.

Essentially, we offer three types of eLearning solutions:

  1. Informational (Content-Focused)

  2. Instructional (Scenario-Based)

  3. Experiential (Simulation)

Informational courses are the fastest and easiest to design and develop, and they ensure your learner sees all of your content. But they may not always be the right answer. These are fantastic solutions if you're communicating basic information, or adding on to a learner's existing knowledge. They're straightforward in the way they deliver content, and they might include a quiz to test a learner's immediate retention.

Instructional solutions are those that take a little more time to design and develop, but because they're anchored in real-life scenarios, often prove to be more effective than the informational approach. Generally speaking, learners are able to better retain information, because this design sets the context to better align with their actual experiences on the job.

While experiential solutions are ultimately the most challenging to design and development, they're the most effective solution for allowing learners to practice in a safe space and apply their knowledge. This experience closely simulates real life, allowing learners to feel like they're performing the job, not "taking a course".
