Here we are.

At long last, I'm dusting off the keyboard, ready to get back into the swing of sharing knowledge. It's like taking a deep breath for me. I just need it. I don't think information is really owned by anyone, so when I do learn something that feels like it could help others, my lungs force me pull it in, and then exhale it back out in a way that can help others.

I've been fortunate to learn from many talented people throughout my career, and I often dive deep when something captures my interest. In fact, it's not uncommon for me to fixate on a topic or new skill for weeks at a time, and then never think of it again until many years later, and I suddenly need just that thing.

So this little pond that is the Mindfull Solutions blog is just my way of giving back. It's here for anyone to swoop in a hand, scoop out what they need, and let the droplets create a ripple effect throughout the small business world.

In the coming weeks, I'll be updating The Market, where small business owners can purchase print products. I'll also be diving into a few key topics related to social media and small business strategies, especially during the COVID-19 epidemic.
